Dampen a microfiber cloth with warm water, and wipe over the affected area in circular motions. Don't use soaps or products that aren't recommended for suede. Do not pour water on the shoe, the water from the cloth will be enough. You can also use a damp cloth to wipe the soles of your vellies.
A leather conditioner will help keep the microscopic fibers in your shoes supple and prevent cracking. You don't have to use a conditioner every time you wear your shoes. Protecting leather shoes with a coating of conditioner once every few months is more than enough
Refunds & Returns

We are sorry to say that we do not accept any refunds. We will gladly exchange the product if you find it damaged on arrival, with a product that is still available in our store.
We can offer you a shop credit that can be used on any full-priced item to the value of the item price. Exchanges will only be allowed if a product is returned in its original packaging, hasn’t been damaged or worn and all tags are still intact.
An Exchange needs to be requested within 10 days of purchase. All courier costs regarding the return will be charged to your account. Sale, end of the season or sample items will not be exchanged.
